In 2007 when I started my first blog something to say… it was all about chronicling my weight loss journey and holding myself accountable for my food choices. I’d just moved to Atlanta for what would be the first of many entrepreneurial explorations. My brother, Mr. Physically Fit/No Body Fat, were starting our first business and I knew that it was going to be both mentally and physically challenging. I started eating healthy, working out with him 3 days a week and I lost 27lbs. I’d never been more proud of myself. I’ve gained and lost that 27lbs a few times over the last 9 years. I’ve been proud and disappointed. But I’ve never been ashamed to share my journey because I hope to be able to inspire you the way I’ve been inspired by so many others. My goal for each and every day is to live the happiest most authentic life possible. To walk in my truth and to just, be.
