Day 1

Goal for the day: Make it a positive and great year!

Today I weigh 252lbs.

This is the most I’ve ever weighed. However, I’ve been at this weight for about a year now. I’ve lost and gained about 15lbs this year. I’ve got a true goal, the opening of Limelight some time this summer. I’ve got to lose the weight, there’s no going back. But I have to admit I’m not so sure its gonna happen.

– B: yogurt w/grapenuts
– L: 2 biscuits, butter, jelly, juice
– D: salmon, white rice, broccoli, iced tea

This was day 1 of my workouts w/Casey. I did 20min on the bike and another 20min on the weight machines. This isn’t gonna cut it, I’ve got to do more.


My name is Nicole and this is my journey into weight loss. This is the most recent picture that of me. This was my 35th birthday and I weighed 252lbs. This is unacceptable. And I have vowed that I will not celebrate another birthday waying over 200lbs.

2 days ago I moved from Los Angeles to Atlanta. With this new start I deserve a new body!
